Maintenance
The Maintenance Department provides daily services to all residents by maintaining the interior, the exterior and the grounds of the buildings. Maintenance also maintains the sidewalks, at the Elderly Developments, in the winter months by keeping them free of snow and ice. If any work is needed in an apartment, the resident may request for maintenance to make the repairs by calling the main office and placing a work order.
