The Clarion County Housing Authority owns and manages five housing developments that consist of a total of 178 apartments for low and very low income residents. The five properties are as follows:

  • Penn Court Apartments
    40 Units : Family Townhouse Complex
  • Hillside Apartments
    64 Units : Family Townhouse Complex
  • Medardo Estates
    20 Family Townhouse Complex
  • Edenburg Court
    30 Elderly, Disabled, or Handicapped Apartment Complex
  • Cherry Run Estates
    24 Elderly, Disabled, or Handicapped Apartment Complex

Waiting Lists

All waiting lists are currently OPEN including the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
